Chicken cutlets are often quite dry. This is because you make them from minced meat. It is much better to cut the meat with a knife: it will retain its juiciness and the cutlets will taste good.

The idea of making juicy chicken cutlets was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Maria (masha_hrypko__). The frying mass holds its shape perfectly.

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet - 300 g
  • cheese - 100 g
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • flour - 2 tbsp. l.
  • mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.
  • spices - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Cut chicken and cheese into small cubes.

2. Add egg and spices.

3. Add mayonnaise.

4. Add flour.

5. Mix everything well.

6. Fry over medium heat in vegetable oil on both sides.
