Ingredients:
- Pita bread
- 4 eggs
- milk – 20 ml
- cherry – 6 pcs.
- spinach
- mozzarella
- grated cheese
- salt/spices to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Beat eggs, add milk, salt, mix.
2. Put tomatoes in pita bread, spinach, and mozzarella on top, pour egg mixture, and sprinkle with grated cheese.
3. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 190 C until tender.
