Ingredients:

  • 60 g of semolina
  • 130 g of warm kefir
  • 350 g of cottage cheese 5%
  • 120 g sugar
  • 2 eggs

Method of preparation:

1. Beat the cottage cheese, and add the kefir.

2. Add sugar, eggs, semolina and mix well.

3. Pour into the mold, and bake for 40 minutes at 180 C.
