Crispy crackers in 15 minutes: cooked without eggs

Crispy crackers are a popular snack loved by both adults and children. It can be made at home from a few simple ingredients in just 15 minutes.

Food blogger Oksana Pashko shared a recipe for flax crackers on her YouTube channel (Cooking with Oksana Pashko).

Flax cracker recipe without eggs

Ingredients:

  • wheat flour – 200 g
  • milk – 150 ml
  • corn flour – 100 g
  • flax seeds – 4 tbsp.
  • sunflower oil – 4 tbsp.
  • baking powder for the dough – 1 tsp.
  • salt – 1 tsp.
  • sugar – 1 tsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Mix the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Stir well.

2. Pour oil and milk into the dry mixture. Knead the dough first with a spoon, and then continue with your hands.

3. Add flax seeds to the almost-ready dough. Mix well.

4. Roll out the dough thinly, then cut into squares. Put the pieces on a baking sheet covered with parchment.

5. Bake at 180 degrees for 12 minutes.
