Country-style potatoes with spicy sauce: how long to bake to make them crispy

To make the potatoes crispy, bake them for 25-30 minutes at 200 C.
Ingredients:
- potatoes – 8-9 pcs.
- raw garlic – 1 clove or dry
- oil – 2 tbsp.
- salt – 1 tsp.
Spices:
- black pepper – pinch
- paprika – 1 tsp.
- oregano -–1/3 tsp.
- curry – 1/3 tsp.
Sauce:
- sour cream – 3 tbsp.
- French mustard – 1 tsp.
- grated onion – 1 tsp.
- Suneli hops – 1/4 tsp.
- pickled onions – 1 pc.
- salt – 1/4 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and dry the potatoes, and cut them into slices.
2. Sprinkle the potatoes with the spices and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
3. Bake in a preheated 200-degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
4. For the sauce: combine sour cream, salt, spices, French mustard, grated onion, and grated cucumber, then mix well.
Serve potatoes with the sauce, it will be delicious!
