Ingredients:
- Shortbread cookies – 250 g
- Milk – 40 ml
- Cream cheese (cream cheese) – 170 g
- Cream 33% – 170 ml
- Powdered sugar – 20 g
- White chocolate – 60 g
- Coconut flakes – 20 g
For the glaze:
- White chocolate – 100 g
- Butter – 40 ml
- Coconut flakes for decoration
Method of preparation:
1. Mix cream cheese, cream, and powdered sugar, then beat with a mixer until thick. Add the melted white chocolate and coconut flakes, and beat with a mixer until smooth.

2. Dip the biscuits in milk and put them in the mold. Spread 1/3 of the cream on top, then another layer of biscuits, spread the cream on top, and then another layer of biscuits, cream, and spread.
