Buckwheat with meat for dinner: how to cook a healthy dish

Buckwheat can be eaten for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as experts believe it is the healthiest cereal that can be cooked with vegetables and meat.

The chef shared a recipe for healthy buckwheat with vegetable frying and chicken fillet on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • buckwheat
  • fillet
  • carrot
  • onion
  • pepper
  • water
  • spices

Method of preparation:

1. Fry the onion, pepper and carrot a little. Add the sliced fillet and fry. Salt, add spices, and mix.

2. Rinse the buckwheat several times and add it to the pan, pour hot water on top (2-2.5 cups of water for 1 cup of buckwheat). Cover and simmer over low heat until the water evaporates.

Sprinkle with herbs before serving!
