Porridge recipe

Ingredients:

  • Milk - 200 ml
  • Water - 100 ml
  • Millet - 100 g
  • Cinnamon - 1/3 tsp.
  • Nutmeg - 1/3 tsp.
  • Butter - 10 g
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Apple - 1 pc.
  • Persimmon - 1 pc.
  • Nuts - a handful

Method of preparation:

1. Mix milk with water, bring to a boil, reduce heat and add millet, add salt and cook for 15-20 minutes.

2. Finally, add the diced apple and persimmon, cinnamon, nutmeg, and butter. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
