Chef Oleksandr Ogorodnik shared a recipe for delicious millet porridge with milk, apples, persimmons, and nuts on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Milk - 200 ml
- Water - 100 ml
- Millet - 100 g
- Cinnamon - 1/3 tsp.
- Nutmeg - 1/3 tsp.
- Butter - 10 g
- Salt - a pinch
- Apple - 1 pc.
- Persimmon - 1 pc.
- Nuts - a handful
Method of preparation:
1. Mix milk with water, bring to a boil, reduce heat and add millet, add salt and cook for 15-20 minutes.
2. Finally, add the diced apple and persimmon, cinnamon, nutmeg, and butter. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
3. Cut the apple and persimmon into slices.
