Recipe for sausages in dough


  • Sausages - 10 pcs.
  • Flour - 2.5 cups
  • Butter - 50 g
  • Dry yeast - 5 g (live yeast - 10 g)
  • Milk or water - 150 ml
  • Egg - 2 pcs.
  • Salt - 0.5 tsp
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp. l.

Method of preparation:

1. Add salt, sugar, yeast, egg, butter to warm milk, mix and add flour. The dough should be soft. Leave it for 30-40 minutes to rise.

2. Divide the dough into 10 pieces, roll out 10 rectangles, put a sausage in the center of each, make 4-5 cuts on both sides of the sausages and intertwine the dough over the sausage.

3. Place on a baking sheet, leave for 15 minutes, then brush with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

4. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 190 C.
