How to make a delicious cottage cheese pie

Ingredients:

Dough:

  • Cottage cheese - 1 kg
  • Butter - 140 g
  • Powdered sugar - 140 g
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Flour - 300 g
  • Baking powder - 2 tsp.

Filling:

  • Cottage cheese - 1 kg
  • Eggs - 3 pcs.
  • Powdered sugar for cottage cheese - 240 g
  • Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
  • Milk - 750 ml
  • Pudding - 2 packages

Method of preparation:

1. Mix eggs with powdered sugar and soft butter. Add the sifted flour and baking powder, mix and knead the dough.

2. Put the dough on a surface, knead it well and gather it into a ball. Then place the dough on a baking sheet, making sides.

3. Filling: mix cottage cheese with eggs, add powdered sugar and sugar, mix until smooth. Mix the lemon juice, milk and pudding, and beat with a blender.
