- beets – 1 pc.
- arugula – 1/2 package
- feta cheese – 50-60 g
Sauce:
- olive oil – 3 tbsp.
- French mustard – 1 tsp.
- honey – 1 tsp.
- lemon juice – 1 tsp.
- nuts or seeds
Method of preparation:
1. Bake or boil the beets. Cut into medium pieces.
