Asian-style chicken fillet: a recipe for a spicy dish

Ingredients:
For the marinade:
- Fillet - 2 pcs.
- Ginger - 2-3 cm
- Ketchup - 2 tbsp. l.
- Balsamic cream sauce - 1 tbsp. l.
- Red wine - 2 tbsp. l.
For the batter:
- Egg - 1 pc.
- Flour - 6 tbsp.
- Cornstarch - 3 tbsp.
For the sauce:
- Red onion - 1 pc.
- Cherry - 3-5 pcs.
- Balsamic cream sauce - 1 tbsp. l
- Brown sugar - 2 tbsp. l
- Ketchup - 2 tbsp. l
- Water
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the fillet into cubes and grate the ginger. Add ketchup, balsamic cream sauce, wine and leave to marinate for 2 hours. Pour 1.5 cm of oil into a frying pan.
2. Beat the egg, mix the starch and flour separately.
3. Dip the fillet first in the egg, then in the flour and starch, and fry in a preheated frying pan until golden brown on both sides. Then put it on a paper towel.
4. Fry the onion in half rings for a few minutes, add cherry tomatoes, ketchup, balsamic, sugar and pour in a little water. After a minute, add the fillet and stir.
