Apple, mascarpone and nut streusel tart: a delicious dessert

Tart with apples, mascarpone, and walnut streusel is the case when there is more dough than filling in a dessert, but this fact only improves its taste.
The recipe for this apple tart was shared by a food blogger with the nickname vika_marchenko. On Instagram, she also told us what spices to add to the filling to complete the taste of the dish.
Ingredients for the base (a 26 cm mold)
- butter - 90 gr
- flour - 150 gr
- eggs - 1 pc
- sugar - 40 g
Ingredients for the cheese filling
- mascarpone - 250 gr
- egg - 1 pc
- vanilla sugar - 5 g
Ingredients for the apple filling
- apples - 2-3 pcs
- cinnamon - ½ tsp
Ingredients for the nut streusel
- flour - 60 gr
- chilled butter - 60 gr
- sugar - 20 g
- walnuts - 70 g
The way of preparation
1. Grind chilled butter with flour into crumbs.
2. Mix egg with sugar and add to the crumbs.
3. Knead the dough, wrap it in cling film and refrigerate.
4. For the cheese filling, mix all the ingredients until smooth.
5. For the apple filling, peel apples, cut them into slices, add cinnamon and mix.
6. Chop nuts and grind them into crumbs with the rest of the ingredients for the streusel.
7. Put the dough on the bottom of the mold, forming low sides.
8. Put the cottage cheese filling, apples and nut streusel on the sandy base.
9. Bake at 175 degrees for 30 minutes.
