Bread is a product that almost everyone eats. It is best to make it at home from healthy, safe ingredients and without wheat flour and yeast. It's worth noting that there are many alternatives to bread, from pancakes to pizzas, pies, rolls, dumplings, and even homemade pita bread.

Recipe

Ingredients:

  • wheat flour - 350 g
  • corn semolina - 50 g

  • dry yeast - 7 g
  • salt - 7 g

  • sugar - 1 tbsp
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Mix flour with salt and sugar.

2. Dissolve yeast in water at a temperature of 37-40 C.

How to prepare the perfect dough for bread

3. Mix flour, water and oil, and knead the dough well. Leave it for 30-60 minutes. The dough should double in size during this time.

4. Grease a baking dish with oil, put the dough and spread it over the dish, making sure to make depressions with your fingers, and put the olives and sun-dried tomatoes in them. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt.

5. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 C for 25 minutes.
