Pork is an ideal product for cooking kebabs, roasts, cutlets, chops, and you can also bake the meat in the oven, with sauces and vegetables. For pork to be juicy and soft, culinary experts advise cooking it with vegetables, such as cabbage, potatoes, carrots, zucchini, and add tomato paste, which will also make the meat soft.
- pork - 300 g
- onion - 1 pc.
- carrot - 1 pc.
- potatoes - 5 units
- cabbage - 1/2 pc
- tomato paste - 150 ml
- salt, pepper, paprika - to taste
- garlic - 1-2 cloves
- boiling water - 500 ml
Method of preparation:
1. In a heated frying pan with vegetable oil fry chopped pork for a couple of minutes. Add onion, carrot and fry for 3 more minutes.
2. Then add the tomato paste, salt, spices and pour boiling water, stir, cover and stew for 30 minutes.
3. Chop the potatoes and cabbage. Put potatoes in a saucepan, put on the fire and in the same place put the stew in the sauce and cook for 15 minutes. Then put sliced cabbage on the potatoes, salt and pepper, add a bay leaf, cover and stew until tender.
