This tool, known as the Alarm Distress Baby Scale, records a variety of indicators, from eye contact to activity levels. It helps parents and medical staff to better understand the behavior and development of babies, which can save lives and improve health.
Middleton has been actively collaborating with experts and observing the results of the research. Her efforts and contributions have already led to positive change, as those who have agreed to participate have said that ADBS has helped them understand infant behavior and development. Thanks to the use of this specialized tool, it is possible to detect any problems with a baby's development at an early stage.
"The princess was constantly making changes throughout the process," said a representative of Kensington Palace.

"The campaign is basically aimed at drawing attention to the critical importance of early childhood and how it shapes adulthood. During this time, we lay the foundations and building blocks for life. And this is when we learn to perceive ourselves, others and the world we live in. That's why it's important not only to understand the unique importance of our early years, but also to know what we can all do to help raise future generations of happy and healthy adults," the princess explained the concept of the project at its launch.
