Volodymyr Z ablotskyy is a naval expert, a columnist for Defense Express magazine, a researcher at the National Military History Museum of Ukraine, and a retired Captain First Rank.
Zablotskyy is a shipbuilding engineer.
He writes monographs, studies and articles on historical, military and naval topics.
Zablotskyy's works are published in Ukrainian and foreign editions.
