Oleksiy Bo hdanovich is a Ukrainian theater and film actor. Winner of the Shevchenko Prize (1996), People's Artist of Ukraine (2006).
Brief biography
Oleksiy Bohdanovich was born on March 23, 1963 in the village of Bereza, Sumy region.
He graduated from the Kiev Institute of Theatrical Art named after Karpenko-Karogo.
Already in 1984 he began to cooperate with the National Academic Drama Theater named after Ivan Franko. Subsequently, he also began to get roles in movies.
In 1996, Bogdanovich was awarded the Taras Shevchenko National Prize of Ukraine. Since December 2016, he also became a member of the prize's committee.
In 2006, he also received the title of People's Artist of Ukraine.
In 2018 - he was awarded the Order of Merit of the III degree.
