Short biography

Mikhail Brodsky was born on April 5, 1959 in Kiev.

In 1974-78 he studied at the Kiev Technical School of Transport Construction, specializing in construction technician.

In 1978-79 he served in the army.

In 1979-1991, he rose from a technician of the Kiev Installation and Adjustment Department to the Deputy Head of the Repair Association of the Kiev City Executive Committee.

For three years - from 1991 to 1994 - he was the director of the small enterprise "Tompos". - He was the director of a small enterprise "Tompo".

From 1994 to 1997. - President of the Dendi Concern, Chairman of the Board of the Kievskie Vedomosti Publishing House.

In 1994-1998 he was elected a deputy of the Pechersk District Council of People's Deputies of Kiev.

From 03.1998 to 03.2002. - He was a People's Deputy of Ukraine of the III convocation.

In 1999, he became deputy chairman of the Yabluko party, in the creation of which he was directly involved. In 2002 he became the leader of the party.
