EugeneWindman (born Eugene Semyonovich Windman) is an American politician, former Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army, and lawyer. He is a native of Ukraine.
He served as deputy legal advisor to the U.S. National Security Council (NSC).
In 2024, he won during the election to the House of Representatives, beating Republican Derrick Anderson.
Eugene has a twin brother, Alexander Windman, who is a former U.S. Army officer and an expert on Europe at the National Security Council. Both brothers came to prominence after testifying against Donald Trump in an impeachment case involving a phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
