Born on January 7, 1962 in Moscow.

Russian philosopher (PhD in Philosophy; founder of the ideological current "Neo-Eurasianism"), political scientist (PhD in Political Science), sociologist (Professor at Moscow State University, Head of the Department of Sociology of International Relations at Moscow State University, Head of the Center for Conservative Studies at the Faculty of Sociology of Moscow State University), publicist, Rector of the New University", leader of the International Eurasian Movement (IEM); speaks 9 languages, Orthodox (monotheist), member of the Council of the World Russian People's Cathedral. He was at the origin of the NBP (together with Eduard Limonov and Yegor Letov).

From 1988 to 1991 - editor-in-chief of the publishing center "EON".

Since 1990 - editor-in-chief of the almanac "Sweet Angel".
