"Maximum attention to offensive actions": Zelenskyy holds regular meeting of the Staff

On Monday, 28 August, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a regular meeting of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief's Staff. The main topics for discussion were the situation at the frontline, as well as important issues related to ensuring the protection of Ukraine's energy infrastructure, preparations for the upcoming winter period, and the results of inspections of military medical commissions.

This was announced by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Telegram. A report on the inspection of military medical commissions will be submitted to the next meeting of the National Security and Defence Council.

"Today, we are paying maximum attention to offensive actions and providing the frontline with weapons and everything necessary. Reports from the Chief of Staff Zaluzhnyi, Commanders Syrskyi and Tarnavskyi. Implementation of the plan to protect critical energy infrastructure. Preparing for the winter. Development of a programme for the transition to advanced aircraft types," he wrote.

According to the Head of State, a report on the inspections of military medical commissions is planned to be presented at the upcoming meeting of the National Security and Defence Council.
