Nutritionist Oksana shared a recipe for a delicious and healthy baked egg omelet with milk and fresh vegetables on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- spinach - 1 bunch
- red and yellow bell peppers - 1 pc.
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- broccoli - 150 g
- milk - 150 ml
- salt - 1/2 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Wash cabbage, divide it into florets and boil in salted water for 5 minutes.
2. Cut pepper into small pieces.
3. Beat eggs with milk and salt.
4. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil, layer the vegetables and pour the egg and milk mixture over them. Bake for 30 minutes at 170 C.
