Ingredients:
- flour - 400 g
- water - 200 ml
- vegetable oil - 3 tbsp
- salt - 0.5 tsp.
Filling: (can be any)
- mashed potatoes - 250 g
- mushrooms (champignons) - 80 g

Method of preparation:
1. Sift the flour, and add salt and butter. Pour in the boiling water and quickly knead the dough, first with a spoon, then with your hands. Wrap the dough in cling film and leave it for 20-30 minutes.
2. Roll out the finished dough into a thin layer and squeeze out circles with a glass. Put about 1 tbsp of the filling inside and seal well. Place on a floured board.
3. Salt water (2 liters) and bring to a boil. Put the dumplings into the boiling water and as soon as they come to the surface, cook for another 3-5 minutes and take them out.
Put the dumplings in a deep dish, pour over the fried lard and onions, and mix.
