Everyone loves Olivier salad and almost everyone knows how to make it. It's worth noting that to make the dish lighter, you can replace the sausage with shrimp, red fish, chicken, and add fresh peas, green onions, corn, and fresh cucumbers instead of potatoes.

Ingredients:
- smoked chicken fillet
- shrimps
- fresh cucumbers
- potatoes
- carrots
- eggs
- frozen peas
- microgreen peas
- mayonnaise
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the shrimp, or fry in olive oil with a whole clove of garlic, herbs, salt. Fry for 1-2 minutes on each side and leave them whole, do not cut them.
2. Dice the cucumbers. Simply dip the peas in boiling salted water, bring to a boil and immediately drain the water and then pour ice water over them so that they do not lose their bright green color.
3. Chop the potatoes finely, but you can cook without them.
4. Mix all ingredients except shrimp. Add the mayonnaise and spices and mix. Put the salad on a plate, top with shrimp and microgreens.
