Pizza is a tasty and very satisfying dish made with dough or pita bread as a base and topped with delicious ingredients. Toppings can include cheese, seafood, meat, or fish.
Nutritionist Anna shared a recipe for a delicious pizza with pita bread crust, without traditional dough, featuring pear and cheese, on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- pita - 1 pc.
- yogurt/sour cream - 2-4 tbsp
- mozzarella - 100 g
- Brie/Chamembert with blue mold - 100 g
- pear - 1 pc.
- honey - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Grease the pita with yogurt.
2. Top with cheese and sliced pear.
3. Put the pizza in the oven for 3-4 minutes at 200 C.
Drizzle honey over the pizza before serving, it will be very tasty and satisfying!
