Bogrács is a very tasty and satisfying dish of Hungarian cuisine, which has become very popular in Ukraine. It can be prepared with several types of meat, as well as spices and herbs.

Recipe for bogrács

Ingredients:

  • Brisket (can be lard) - 200 g
  • Onions - 1-2 pcs.
  • Veal - 500 g
  • Pork ribs - 500 g
  • Tomatoes - 500 g
  • Sweet pepper - 4-5 pcs.
  • Garlic - a few cloves
  • Salt, pepper, sweet paprika, smoked paprika - 1 tsp each
  • Hot red pepper - 1 pc.
  • Potatoes - 3 pcs.
  • Water - 2 liters

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the brisket, fry, add the ribs, add the bell peppers, potatoes, tomatoes, spices, garlic, tomato paste.
