How to cook real bogrács: a recipe for every taste
Bogrács is a very tasty and satisfying dish of Hungarian cuisine, which has become very popular in Ukraine. It can be prepared with several types of meat, as well as spices and herbs.
Cook Liubov shared a recipe for delicious bogrács with several types of meat, vegetables, and spices on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Brisket (can be lard) - 200 g
- Onions - 1-2 pcs.
- Veal - 500 g
- Pork ribs - 500 g
- Tomatoes - 500 g
- Sweet pepper - 4-5 pcs.
- Garlic - a few cloves
- Salt, pepper, sweet paprika, smoked paprika - 1 tsp each
- Hot red pepper - 1 pc.
- Potatoes - 3 pcs.
- Water - 2 liters
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the brisket, fry, add the ribs, add the bell peppers, potatoes, tomatoes, spices, garlic, tomato paste.
2. Pour in water, simmer under the lid until tender.
