Fluffy pancakes for breakfast: what must be added to the dough
Fluffy pancakes do not always turn out well and tall, often due to a lack of proportions. To make them fluffy, you need to add baking soda or baking powder to the dough, and you can also add cottage cheese and apples to the dough.
Cook Valeria shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious cottage cheese pancakes for breakfast, which are very fluffy and light.
Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese – 200 g
- Apples – 2 pcs.
- Sugar – 2 tbsp
- Wheat flour – 80 g
- Eggs – 2 pcs.
- Baking powder – 1/2 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the cottage cheese, sugar, and eggs with an immersion blender until smooth.
2. Peel the apples, grate them, squeeze out the juice, and add to the cottage cheese.
3. Add the sifted flour and baking powder in parts, stirring each time.
4. Fry the pancakes until golden brown.
