Anastasia Solopii, a cook and food blogger, shared a simple recipe for a delicious and very satisfying salad with chicken and lettuce on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 1 pc.
- lettuce leaves - 30 g

- honey - 10-15 g
- olive oil - 1 tbsp
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Wash, dry, and cut the fillet into 1 cm thick slices.

2. Be sure to season well with salt and pepper and sprinkle with oil, then put it on a paper-lined baking sheet and put in the oven for 15 minutes at 200 C.

3. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves, then place them on a plate.
4. Slice the melon and onion and add to the lettuce leaves with the baked chicken.
