Crab appetizer for the New Year's table "Raffaello": you need a minimum of ingredients

Crab sticks are an ideal product for making delicious and very simple salads and appetizers. They go well with all foods, especially cheese and eggs.

The cook shared a recipe for a delicious appetizer of crab sticks, cream cheese, and boiled eggs on Instagram.

Ingredients:

• Crab sticks - 8 pcs.
• Boiled eggs - 2 pcs.
• Cream cheese - 2 tbsp. l.
• Green onions - 1 stalk
• Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp
• Sesame seeds - 4 tbsp.
• Microgreen for garnish
• Salt and pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Finely chop the crab sticks, grate the eggs.

2. Put the ingredients in a bowl, add the cream cheese, chopped green onions, mayonnaise, spices, and mix.

3. Form balls with your hands and place the caviar inside.
