Famous Ukrainian artist Yevheniia Hapchynska shared the disappointing news that her husband Dmytro was wounded while serving.

According to the illustrator, it was caused by an enemy mine explosion. Yevheniia Hapchynska shared new photos of her husband, a soldier who went to the front in 2014, on Instagram.

"Dima is wounded. Mine," the artist wrote briefly.

In the photographs, a soldier who had taken up arms again after the full-scale invasion posed with his arm bandaged and plastered up to the elbow. Behind him, two flags hung on the wall, one of Ukraine and the other of the UPA.

In the comments, the illustrator's followers wished the hero a speedy recovery.
