"For Putin to have a stroke": Stephen Fry urged the Russian invaders to leave Ukraine, and wished victory to the AFU
Famous British comedy actor and director Stephen Fry has urged the West not to stop supporting Ukrainians and wished the Ukrainian Armed Forces success on the battlefield. He would also like Russian President Vladimir Putin to have a stroke and the dictator himself to end his life somewhere in a basement.
According to the actor, the Russian occupiers should retreat and leave the Ukrainian territories. The celebrity told about this and other things in an exclusive interview with the editor-in-chief of the information service of the TV channel ICTV Olena Froliak.
"But here's what I would like right now specifically - for the West not to stop supporting the Ukrainians. I am, after all, a bit worried about the American elections next year. I certainly wish the Ukrainian Armed Forces success on the battlefield. And I will tell the Russians that the only solution for them is to back down, to stop talking with ultimatums like, "If you give them Donbass, then maybe we'll think about it." No, you can not give them what does not belong to them," - said the actor.
In addition, Fry noted that not everything is measured by force: you still need to be able to balance the differences of opinion of society.
"I wish Ukrainians stability and grace, no matter what. Being strong is not everything. One should have refinement, give the right to the existence of different opinions in society and skillfully balance between them," the actor addressed the Ukrainian people.
Earlier OBOZREVATEL wrote that Stephen Fry shared his impressions from the first day spent in Ukraine. He praised our people for humor and indestructibility.
