It's hard to believe, but 26-year-old Matilde Broberg from the Danish town of Aarhus weighed 126 kilograms ten years ago. She had been fat since she was a child, because her parents fed her buns, chocolate and cakes. She ate double portions for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and between meals she constantly chewed snacks of all kinds.

Not only did I eat double portions at breakfast, lunch and dinner, but I was also constantly chewing something during the breaks - chocolate bars, chips...," recalls the model. It took the girl four years to work on herself. She went on a diet, stopped eating fast food, bakery products, fatty foods, sweets.



After Matilda lost 59 kilos, she had a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty). Now Broberg advertises sportswear, works as a fitness trainer and shows by her own example that taking care of your body is the best investment. Looking at the figure of the beauty, it's hard to believe that a few years ago she wore clothes of enormous size.


According to the Dane, she has a few tricks that help her not gain weight. She eats from a small plate and only uses a teaspoon. She also makes it look like there is a lot of food on the plate, cuts all the food into small pieces and adds a lot of spices.

The girl advises those who are overweight not to force themselves with heavy physical exertion at the beginning of the transformation, but to start with a walk at an accelerated pace. Next, she recommends adding the gym. At the very beginning of the diet, you should consume no more than 1,200 calories per day and let your stomach get used to small amounts of food.
