I was born on 15 October 1979 in Korostyshiv, Zhytomyr region. He received his education at Kherson State Technical University, Kyiv National Economic University, Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University (USA), Staffordshire University (UK).

She has experience in teaching at the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine, the Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine and the University of Modern Knowledge.
