Vladimir Fesenko
Political scientist.
Graduated from Kharkiv State University, postgraduate studies at Kyiv State University named after T.Shevchenko. Candidate of Philosophy. Interned at the Harriman Institute (Columbia University) and Queens University (Canada). Author of more than 60 scientific and methodical publications.
1990-2000. - Associate Professor of the Department of Ukrainian History and Political Science at the Ukrainian Academy of Engineering and Pedagogy.
1993-1999. - Coordinator of Civil Society programs in the Kharkiv Regional Branch of the International Renaissance Foundation.
1999-2002. - Associate Professor of the Department of Applied Sociology, Faculty of Sociology, V. Karazin Kharkiv National University.
2001-2002. - Deputy Director of the Penta Political Consulting Bureau. 2003-2010. - Chairman of the Board of the Penta Center for Applied Political Research.
Since summer 2010, he has been the head of the Gorshenin Kyiv Institute of Governance Problems. He headed this organization instead of Kostyantyn Bondarenko, who left politics.
Since December 2010, he has been the head of the board of the Penta Center for Applied Political Research.
