OlegNemchinov is a minister of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Biography of Oleg Nemchinov

Oleg Nemchinov was born in Lviv on May 1, 1977. Oleg Nemchinov received his higher education at Lviv Polytechnic University, from the geography department of which he graduated in 1999. At the military department of that university he was trained on combat application of motorized infantry units.

Until 2004, he taught at the Lviv Vocational School, while in 2003 Nemchinov was an assistant to parliamentary deputy Oleksandr Hudyma ("Our Ukraine").

In 2014, shortly after the end of the Revolution of Dignity, Oleg Nemchinov began serving in the ranks of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine. In 2016, for two months, Nemchinov served in the anti-terrorist operation zone in Donbass, after which he headed the military-civil administration of Kominternove, Vodyany and Zaichenko in Volnovakha District until 2017.

At the end of his service Oleg Nemchinov thanks to an open competition took the post of Secretary of State of the Ministry of Youth and Sports.

On March 4, 2020, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine voted to appoint Oleg Nemchinov as Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Nemchinov's family declared three land plots in Lviv region, two apartments in Lviv and one in Kiev. In addition, Oleg Nemchinov owns two cars: Chevrolet Volt and ZAZ.
