Nikolay Tochitsky
Minister of Culture and Strategic Communications
Mykola Stanislavovych Tochytskyy is the Minister of Culture and Strategic Communications, a Ukrainian diplomat. Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine (since 2024), former Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine (2021-2024).
Brief biography
Mykola Tochytsky was born on September 22, 1967.
From February 2010 to February 2016 - Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the Council of Europe.
From February 2016 to April 2021 - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Kingdom of Belgium;
From February 2016 to April 2021 - part-time representative of Ukraine to the EU and the European Atomic Energy Community;
From October 2016 to April 2021 - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg on a part-time basis.
From September 2021 to April 2024 - Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
Since April 2024 - Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine.
On September 5 , 2024 Tochytsky was appointed Minister of Culture and Information Policy.
