Danylo Getmantsev

Daniil Aleksandrovich Getmantsev - People's deputy of Ukraine, party "Servant of People".

Short biography

Daniil Getmantsev was born in Kyiv on April 26, 1978.

He graduated from the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, where he studied at the University's lyceum, and in 2000 he graduated from the University's law faculty.

Immediately after graduation Hetmantsev worked as an assistant at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv until 2006. In 2004 he obtained his advocate's license.

In 2007, Daniel Getmantsev took a position as an assistant professor in one of the departments of the Faculty of Law of the Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, which he held until 2013, when he was promoted to the rank of professor of the department.

In 2016, Daniel Getmantsev was admitted to the European Association of Tax Professors, becoming the first representative of Ukraine in this association.

Also, Getmantsev is the founder of the law firm Jurimex.

In 2019, Hetmantsev took part in the extraordinary elections to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. He ran for the Ukrainian parliament on behalf of the party "Sluga Naroda", and in the headquarters of the political force was initially responsible for the tax direction.

In the Verkhovna Rada of the ninth convocation Daniil Getmantsev headed the Committee on Finance, Tax and Customs Policy.
