AllaPetrovna Kudlai is a famous singer, Honored Artist of Ukraine.

Brief biography

Alla Kudlai was born on April 23, 1954 in the village Losinovka in Chernigov region.

She graduated from Nizhyn Pedagogical Institute.

Since 1978 she sang in the National Honored Academic Folk Choir of Ukraine named after Veryovka. Veryovka.

Since 1984 she was a soloist in the pop-symphonic orchestra of the State TV and Radio Orchestra of Ukraine.

In 1986 she gave concerts in support of the liquidators of the Chernobyl accident in the town of Pripyat.

Already in 1987 she received the title of Honored Artist of Ukraine and in 1997 she was recognized as People's Artist of Ukraine.

In 1990, in duet with Vitaly Bilonozhko recorded her first album: "Roksolana".

In 1994, Alla Kudlai was recognized as the best traditional Ukrainian entertainer.

In 1996 Alla Kudlai's hit song "Krasiva zhinka nezamizhnya" was released on CD in the United States of America.

In 2006 she was elected as a deputy of Brovarsky district council in Kyiv region.

In 2008, Alla Kudlai was awarded the Order of Princess Olga.

In 2017, Alla Kudlai took part in "The Voice of the country" (seventh season), where she sang at the blind audition.

Alla Kudlai has a son - Maxim, who also sings. From time to time they perform duets.

Alla Kudlai is the godmother of the popular Ukrainian singer Nastia Kamenskikh.
